Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Apple Watch! Das Angebot war unschlagbar. Ich habe den Zustand „wie neu“ ausgewählt und die Uhr ist wirklich wie neu. Es sind keine Kratzer oder sonstige Gebrauchspuren zu sehen. Auch die Akkukapazität liegt bei 100%. Ich bin sehr begeistert! Zudem habe ich die Uhr schon einen Tag später erhalten. Die Lieferung war wahnsinnig schnell.

Reçu très rapidement, soigneusement emballé mais surtout à un prix très raisonnable comparé aux autres distributeurs. Seul bémol c’est qu’il présente des micros rayures au niveau du cadre en acier, ce n’est rien de méchant or, s’agissant d’un produit avec mention «parfaite état» je m’attendais à un produit comme neuf (comme mes précédents achats effectués sur Back Market) Globalement très satisfait et je recommande à 100%

I ordered an Apple Watch series 6 which was advertised as fair and with a white strap. Price was good, within my budget. The order came through and delivery instructions to be delivered on the 16th Nov. It didn't arrive and wasn't collected by DPD. I saw a note saying it had been returned. I didn't get it to return. I then had an email from Back Market asking what I wanted to do - return for a refund or get the watch. So I chose to get the watch. It arrived on the 22nd Nov. After opening it I found it wasn't what I ordered - black strap instead of white. The watch body looked a bit tatty too. I thought a new strap would be sent out but my only options after telling Back Market about the watch was return for a refund or wait for another to be sent out. I chose a refund this time. I noticed on a feedback page that the same company - Loop - had done this to another customer, not sending the watch they thought they had bought. Back Market customer services were great at sorting out the return label and getting the refund. I might look again in the future but wont be buying from Loop.

Le bon : Apple Watch série 6 en parfait état prix intéressant 279€ Le mauvais: écran d’affichage qui change au moindre mouvement de poignet ou de bras . Instable. Sans doute une anomalie de logiciel ou de la montre. Appareil renvoyé pour échange ou réparation. 15 jours plus tard je reçois la même montre avec le même bug. Ni échange ni réparation : du bluff . Il faut à nouveau enclencher une procédure de retour. Plus d’un mois après mon achat toujours aucune montre et je m’occupe à nouveau dès procédures de retour avec emballage de choix photos preuves etc. 😡😡😡 sans compter qu’il va falloir attendre pour être remboursée. Expérience ratée. Plus confiance.
