Comprei uma RAM de 16 GB e recebi uma RAM de 8 GB. 10/10 compraria novamente

Le produit est super et correspond bien à la description. Petit plus : dongle wifi usb fourni avec. Le livreur n'a pas vraiment été gentleman. Le livreur a sonné à l'interphone du bâtiment, a posé le carton contenant mon colis au sol et a bloqué la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble avec son pied, en attendant que quelqu'un vienne confirmer que c'est bien notre colis. La personne est descendue réceptionnée le colis. Le livreur a juste eu le temps de faire signer le bordereau puis a tourné les talons et est parti sans même se préoccuper des capacités de la personne à pouvoir soulever le carton ni sans proposer son aide. Je mets donc une mauvaise note au livreur.

Computer ordered had to be sent back immediately as it did not work. Obviously somewhat frustrating and raises the question of was the equipment and leads checked beforehand. Even with the benefit of the doubt (stuff happens, Esp in transit) the 2/3 attempts to get it returned was very very frustrating. All attempts made by back market to have my item picked up and returned failed miserably. Ultimately I was advised by back market themselves to return the item myself, pay for redelivery and then send a picture of the costs. By this point I'm kind of done with the whole thing, returned and paid for the return myself and never contacted back as just seemed more hassle than it's worth. Overall it wasn't the worst experience at all but the failed tech and then hassle with the actual return of the item has somewhat put me off - back market did refund me very quickly for the original cost which was excellent and very much appreciated however then having the item stuck for almost 2 weeks because of failed pickups became annoying.
