This item came and the right earbud didn't work. After trying to find the solution myself I discovered that it wasn't charging and that's why it didn't work.. Backmarket customer service were excellent and extremely helpful as always and i won't be deterred from ordering from them again. I've never had any issues with the previous phones I've bought before, I've been happy, this is the first time I've got an item that doesn't work properly... Suppose it had to happen at some point! 🙂

Funcionam exatamente como eu esperava!
