Excelente, Tinha um modelo idêntico que se tem vindo a desgastar devido à utilização constante durante quase 3 anos. Voltei a comprar os mesmos porque são muito confortáveis, duráveis, têm cabo e áudio de boa qualidade. Este parece-me não ser exceção.

A entrega e a encomenda foram rápidas e sem complicações. No entanto, o produto em si tem alguns defeitos. I got these because was fed up of the buds I have (a different brand) falling out sometimes when I put on/take off my mask. After checking out a number of reviews, went for the Powerbeats and really pleased with them. However, just want to add you only know what a company is really like when something goes wrong. I had to send my earphones back as they came damaged and obviously wondered whether I was being scammed. Without boring you with the ins and outs, all I can say is the company I dealt with (E-Tech) and Back-Market were faultless. I followed the site instructions and the company responded instantly. The E-Tech customer service were friendly, helpful and professional and within a week I had a replacement. Back-Market in the mean time checked-up to see if all was well. I've read positive reviews and thought people may have connections or have incentives from the firm to post something good, but for what it's worth for those out there who are cynics such as myself, my experience hence the review is genuine.
