Product presentation is excellent and the laptop itself looks brand new. However, I'm disappointed as the sound is not very good, seems very tinny. I've tried to adjust the settings but it made no difference. No keyboard backlight with this model. The touchpad is driving me crazy as it's way too sensitive, even after making sensitivity adjustments. When I'm in the middle of typing a paragraph I realise it's moved me half way up the page. Says its able to connect with Android and Iphone, but when I tried to set up, it only gives details for Android. My Iphone cannot pick up information from the QR code. I was keen to buy a DELL computer as I thought it was a reputable brand so I didn't mind paying a bit extra. But I'm struggling to find any thing good to say about the Dell Inspiron 15. The only extra with this model is a side number keypad. I would change with alternative if I had the time. Just stated my next year Uni course.
