very good. Device works. It's clean and in good condition. Delivery was fast and well-packaged. The "return and money-back" gaurentee gave peace of mind. some payment issues (wouldn't take payment from my card without me submitting a drivers license photo). It's prevented me from making subsequent purchases (each time, they want my ID photos again). device battery life is a little limited (2-3hrs tops). That might just be because it's a 2015 ipad. Sufficient for my use-case (diagramming) when I'm never too far from a plug worthwhile purchase!

Excellent condition front and rear no marks or dings. Battery life could be better but hey on a 2015 iPad it’s expected. My only issue is it doesn’t run IOS 17 which I kind of needed it to.
