    This was my 3rd purchase with BackMarket. 2 first worked fine. Products were ok and there was no problem. This 3rd I bought an Iphone for more than 600€. At the begining, phone worked as expected. Sometimes the temperature get really high but I honestly didn't pay too much attention to that fact. Until it started with some other problems. Screen started working with details, and it came to a point where I needed to "restart screen" to continue what I was doing. I complained to back market (after +/- months of purchsing product), and suddenly Backmarket says it was my fault because phone had liquid inside. They mentioned it was oil. Which was completely unnacceptable because there was no accident during this time. I sent the phone twice to the vendor in Holland and they sent it back saying it wasn't theur responsability and asking me to talk to a local repairing company. In the end, I followed their instructions and went to an apple repairing office. They say it was a problem in the screen, not correctly connected, and that "liquid" was the "glue" used when connecting a new screen. They put a new one and it is working now correctly for more than one month. I have payed now more than 200€ and backmarket do not assume their responsability. I will never buy again any other product and hope no one buys it, because they don't assume theirs responsabilities when their products are damaged. And they just don't care.

    Eu comprei um iPad que dizia estar no estado Excelente, mas tinham arranhões visíveis. Acho que ele deveria estar marcado como “bom” ou “correto”. E o adaptador do carregador que veio não é original.
