rien vraiment à rajouter puisque de mon côté je suis toujours étonné de la rapidité des transactions et réponses demandées et concernant ma dernière commande, rien que l'emballage et la boîte, très professionnels, on dirait presque une boîte de chocolat, fermeture aimantée, câble et chargeur, j'ai bien dis chargeur, rare de nos jours, séparés dans la boîte style emballage pour un stylo, chapeau !!! Je recommande ce vendeur, concernant l'état, comme neuf, j'ai beau chercher.... En tout cas merci, cordialement

Truly awful experience. Phone lasted 3 months before the battery began to die. Sent the phone back when it finally died after 6 months and all they did was just send the phone back to me unchanged and unfixed. refuse a refund and are now saying they will just send me a 'repair' phone. This is actually a con. They will keep sending out a faulty device until the warranty runs out so they dont have to refund. Back market has been painfully slow in responding, refusing to help and now i'm stuck in a cycle of them sending me a faulty phone which I continually have to send back. I will be contacting the ombudsman about this. I write this while listening to the CEO give an interview of how amazing and eco friendly Back Market is on Radio 4. What a joke.
