My average experience with this order is not directly related to BackMarket itself, but rather with the particular vendor - Agence Grey. It took them 10 whole days to send my order (though I received an email stating the laptop is packaged and ready to be shipped right on the next day), and only with intervention with the BackMarket customer service agent the actual vendor finally sent my order. Laptop is corresponding to description as to technical details. Rearding appearance - it´s clear, that stickers have been placed on the keyboard (for some reason spanish, though it´s stated to be french layout), as well as on the body of the laptop itself - and there are some areas, where that sticker is not well placed and is "bubbly". But overall okay. I believe BackMarket should place strict guidlines/timeframes with its vendors as of shipping out orders, because I have seen many negative evaluations with this regards of Agence Grey.

A entrega foi efectuada no dia indicado. O portátil parecia quase novo, apenas com uma marca de fita adesiva num dos lados, que foi limpa com um pano ligeiramente humedecido. Arrancou sem qualquer problema. A imagem é brilhante e todos os botões estão a funcionar até agora. A bateria começou com 75% quando começou a ser utilizada pela primeira vez e demorou umas boas 6-7 horas até chegar a menos de 50%. Estou satisfeito com a minha compra. Estou agora a pensar comprar um computador portátil para a minha filha na Backmarket. Recomendo este site a qualquer pessoa que pretenda comprar um computador portátil ou um telemóvel recondicionado.

O novo Dell Inspiron funcionou fora da caixa - carregado com o Windows 11 - sem problemas - o pedido chegou quase imediatamente - e por £ 250 é um ótimo laptop para uso pessoal - e-mails, navegação na rede e streaming de vídeos😹😹👍🎉🎉 E para um dispositivo em boas condições, parece ótimo / tela e teclado são perfeitos - uma pequena falha na caixa externa, mas pelo preço é o que está dentro que conta e isso é garantido remodelado e está funcionando muito bem😹
