je suis entièrement satisfait. un prix correct pour un appareil qui semble complètement neuf, aucun défaut-film de protection.. Et livraison sans difficulté également. Si j avais une remarque ça ne serait que sur la mémoire de 32go un peu juste pour ce Chromebook.

I needed a quick replacement for my tablet that stopped working recently and I thought a Chromebook would be the best option,the best of both worlds of tablet and laptop. I didn't have a huge budget and I had noticed backmarket a while ago and decided to take a look. Honestly the prices seemedtoo good to be true and I wasn't expecting all that much for the £75 I spent. Well this little Chromebook is awesome. It's far better than described, in excellent condition and a total bargain. I love it and I'm more than happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly very well packaged. I am impressed and I will absolutely use Back market again.

Purchased the Chromebook, which upon delivery was well packaged and in good condition. One small dent on the lid, but nothing to write home about. Laptop powered up fine. But the 3rd party packaged USB-C charger kept constantly getting red hot when plugged in. Decided not to use this in case of damage to the laptop whilst charging. Had a spare cable. The most fundamental issue I found was that although the chromebook was advertised as 'Qwerty-English'. It is actually physically a US keyboard layout which was frustrating to say the least. Have not returned and we will live with this, but should importantly have been included in the item description. Bit disappointed on this front. But overall, the purchase was good.

Arriver rapidement, l’ordinateur es génial et malgré que il était seulement en état correct il a que 2 petite trace qui se voit presque pas, pas de griffe sur l’écran , pas de beugue, démarrage en état neuf impeccable rien a dire à part foncer

Molto soddisfatto! L'acquisto è stato molto semplice. Il prezzo era ottimo. Il prodotto era in ottime condizioni e sembrava nuovo. La spedizione è stata veloce e il prodotto è arrivato con due giorni di anticipo sulla data prevista nel sito.

My laptop was old and I needed an inexpensive replacement. This machine has done the job. Loads quickly and for what I need it for works well. It arrived quickly, very well packaged. It represents very good value for money, next time I need new tech I will use Backmarket.

Good price, and quick delivery with no issues. Not in quite as good condition as hoped, scratches a lot more obvious than detailed. US keyboard, which I wasn’t expecting, but not a huge problem. Screen and keyboard in excellent condition. Would use again.

Article bien emballé, en revanche aucun papier dans le carton. De plus j'ai commandé un ordinateur noir et gris, il arrive vert et noir... Une trace incrustée sur l'écran qui n'était pas annoncée à l'achat. A voir à l'usage si pas de mauvaise surprise
