laptop arrived safely and in good physical condition. set up really well with few concerns. one concern was that the keyboard was only reactive to hitting the keys quite hard, but this appears to have mostly resolved itself. potentially just mostly left unused therefore sticky? not sure but its ok now. another concern was that there were no audio drivers loaded into the system, and i had to do this myself. not a hard job, just something that should have been checked and fixed prior to dispatch. otherwise good steady laptop. many thanks.

This is the third time I have chosen to buy from Back Market. Each time has been so easy to be able to define what my need were then be shown what they have that suits my needs. It’s an excellent system. I am 70 years old, and have been very impressed how easy this site is to work with. Only on one occasion did I have to speak to the seller as the computer could not run a program I needed the computer to run. They tried their hardest to try and sort out the problem but were unable to, and promptly refunded my money so I could go and buy the one I needed. They also gave me the detail of the specific computer I needed, even though they did not have one in stock. I have full confidence in this company, and have recommended them to all my family, who after viewing the site will be using them on next purchases of products they need. I would recommend to anyone to try this site before going anywhere else, it has saved me hundreds of pounds money, and hours of stress buying from an unknown person or company.

Der Laptop ist klasse 1a wirklich 2 st aufladen und über 10st kann man mit arbeiten 2 in 1 feier ich auch das war nicht gut sondern der zustand war sehr gut Ich hatte schon meine Zweifel durch den einen der bewertet hat aber meine Bestellung war auch über gls und es ist 2 tage früher angekommen ich war zuhause der typ hat geklingelt war aber Zufaul um hoch zulaufen Aber sonst der Support bei backmarket echt klasse und der Laptop wirklich top um online zuarbeiten man kann sogar sein Handy verbinden echt gute arbeit danke euch und schönen Feierabend

Update après 1 semaine d’utilisation : Ordinateur super, 2 en 1 et interactif. Il y quelques rayures sur la façade avant de l’ordinateur (pas choquant car j’ai demandé un « bon état »). Par contre, je ne sais pas si c’est normal mais, lorsque me pc est mis en charge, le chargeur surchauffe MAIS le pc se décharge hyper lentement, c’est cool! À voir sur le long terme… PS : ordinateur livré très en avance, au top.

The purchase was fine. The laptop itself... On a totally unexpected plus side is a touch screen, I wouldn't have discovered this if I hadn't tried to swipe away a bit of dust. But it's not as reliable a machine as my other computers, I feel there's some instability in Windows, the laptop will or will not go to sleep, will or will not find its cellular or wifi adaptor on waking up. It feels like 16Gb is not an adequate amount of memory as having a dozen tabs open in Chrome, plus two desktop messengers sometime bring the machine to the brink of death. I can't argue with the price tag on Backmarket, but wonder who'd pay the full 700-800 hundred for this very middle-range laptop.

the laptop is I'm good condition however the keypad was incredibly sticky it hadn't been cleaned after being wiped 5 times it's back to normal. The charger that was delivered with the laptop was broken on delivery. however all of thease things can be fixed easily and the laptop itself is fantastic.

The laptop was utterly brilliant. It was better than I even dared hope it would be. However, it did take longer to arrive than I was lead to believe.
